We are coming to an end of season one of the Focus On The Good podcast. We have a few more episodes left but over the next few weeks I will be re posting the most popular episodes.

Are You A Perfectionist?

​For years I thought of myself as a "perfectionist" but later I realized that in reality it had very little to do with perfection and a lot more to do with fear. Fear of rejection, fear that I wasn't good enough, fear of judgement etc. In this solo round I talk about the "perfection myth" and how we should focus on progress not perfection. Also, I share my favorite quote from Teddy Roosevelt.
