Do you sometimes feel like you need a motivational high 5? That is what our guest Phil Larson is all about. He hosts a podcast called Your Motivational High 5. This podcast is great because it is short and to the point but it is still a very powerful dose of positivity and self improvement!
His podcast focuses on self-examination, developing good mental health, and empowering you to do incredible things. I have really enjoyed listening to Phil’s podcast and I am happy to have in on the show. He is a great guy and I had a great time talking with him and i am excited for you to meet my friend Phil Larson.
